it just depends on your chest size and shape and all. people that are naturally kinda small chested are the ones who generally qualify for peri and keyhole, which are the ones without the big scars underneath - that’s double incision, which the majority of trans guys get from what i’ve seen. even ones that qualify for keyhole or peri sometimes go with double incision though because it comes with less risks. ftmguide online will have some better explanations if you’re curious
